When you are playing an FPS game and you shoot someone in the head and get a red hitmarker but that person does not die.
Commonly caused by lag.

Their pointed head means they have no brain power. Bless their pointed heads means the same as bless them Lord for they are ignorant. They don't know any better than to do what their doing. It is a derogatory statement about someone doing something stupid.

They didn't know it was dangerous to drive a vehicle at night without head lights, bless their pointed heads!

Tequila Headshake

An experience only in Tijuana Mexico, where the waiters cock your head back and pour an enourmous amount of Tequila down your throat while blowing a whistle then they shake the man's head vigerously if it's a female they pick them up and spin them around.

I was so hammered from that Tequila Headshake, I was giving a porcelain handshake for an hour.
