Bits is a northern irish phrase referring to two people doing anything from kissing up to sex. It can also be used a form of abuse to shout whilst your friend is with his/her person of desire.

The small, generally flakey, pieces of marijuana that can be found at the bottom of every bag after larger pieces (nuggets) have been smoked. The bit are argued by stoners, as well as occasional smokers, to render a better high than larger, intact pieces of marijuana.
