2. Someone who dresses up in a scene/emo fashion and claims to be hardxcore.

A scene in a film or television episode which is drawn out well after the joke or point is made as an obvious measure to fill in time; from The Simpsons episode Cape Feare where Sideshow Bob is repeatedly slapped in the face by rakes scattered about the ground as he accidentally steps on them.

That scene in Family Guy where Bill Clinton plays the whole theme song of Night Court was just a rake scene.
