Scebe

n. The scab on a genital wart. When used as a noun, a scebe is the lowest abomination of mankind. Typically reserved for people with no idea how hated they are in spite of the fact they do horrible, dishonest, selfish and backhanded actions. In a milder form, simply a loser no one likes. A scebe typically uses "friendship" as simply a means to an end instead of a realtionship.

v. Performing actions that a scebe would do (i.e. hoarding, betraying, lying, stealing, cheating, actively trying to cause harm to another person.)

I really don't want Jeremy there. He's such a scebe.
