and what if it is meant to be this way
a glance we may never share
should I love you less because of that
should I stop being who I am

I already love you every time I breathe
and I like breathing
I can no longer breathe
without thinking of who I breathe for

wanting more feels natural
but even if everything stays the same
with fate, obsession and choice
I am still happy with our small highs

I choose not to surrender
