An open space between the inner and outer shells of a dome or cupola. Well known EFnet ruffian and ascii scroller. Properly uses the !pack and !bong commands and is always ready to toke on a moments notice. Known to send ketchup packets across the internet, just for looking at him in the wrong manner.
