FD's is the shortend term of saying "Fair does" or "Fair do's". This term orignally originated in a Highschool in the west of Cheshire and hasn't caught on amongst the rest of the UK. If heard it's likely that the person is from said Highschool and is their equivalent of saying "Fair play" or "Fair enough"
