nickname given to any pair of stoners who's main purpose in life is to 1) roll joints, 2) smoke weed, 3) tell stories about the time they were smoking out of a (insert object), and 4) grow weed.

Other characteristics include dirty, nappy hair and the smell of patchouli

chip an' chee

n. (a.k.a. chips and cheese) commonplace British delicacy, to be found in almost every 3am eaterie for around £2.00. Profoundly sautéed in 'graisse animale', the chips (fries to non-UK English speakers) are then drowned to taste in traditional seasoning (table-salt and industrial malt vinegar) before the 'pièce de résistance' - a delightful coat of the cheapest plasticky "cheddar-syle" cheese available. Voilà! Delicious.

The mis-pronounciation is a direct hommage, if you will, to the owners and employees of Britain's millions of kebab shops, and their unilateral endearing trait of being unable to speak English.

Cheech-Mobile

An automobile, preferably a Silver Volt-Wagon Toureg, which is used for mass-consumption of marijuana. Usually, involves driving from one destination to another, with single objective of becoming intoxicated of cannabis. The Cheech-Mobile is usually driven by a person named Jad.

"Dude, why are are your eyes so red.
-I've been in the Cheech Mobile for two hours.
Ohh, that explains it."

"Dog, you see that hotbox being broken. Thats one hell of a Cheech-Mobile."

A jail house food creation of the following common ingredients (but subject to change):
1. Roman Noodles
2. Cheetos
3. beefstick
4. cheese squeezer
Items may be added or removed as available from comminsary and what can be snuck out of the prison kitchen.

On Thursday when everyone gets comminsary there is an hour long line for hot water because everyone is making chee chees.
