cellardoor

I agree with both of you but i think the point was more the complexity and multiple meanings of the joining of these two words, which was also the cause of its beauty

cellar smeller

A young man who always happens to be around when liquor is to be had without cost.
Wouldn't you know that every time I uncork a bottle of the real stuff every cellar smeller in a three mile radius shows up at our door.

Cellador

Omaha-Based Power Metal band.

Nothing special, really. Their guitar player Chris Petersen rips off many people. For example, he uses a Dragonforce vocal melody as a guitar melody on the song Forever Unbound (the intro to Forever Unbound is ripped from the Dragonforce song Valley of the Damned).
Chris also runs many effects through his amp to hide his sloppyness.

Their bassist is turned down really low to hide the fact that he can't play galloping triplet-based rhythms. That, and he also plays a 4-string bass and doesn't do any technical playing. I know bassists typically don't do anything technical, but he doesn't add licks or chops to any rhythms. Power Metal is about technical playing and the energy that comes with it, not dopey repetitiveness.

Their drummer has too many generic beats, thereby making the songs boring.

Their only redeeming factor is Bill Hudson, thereby making them somewhat decent. Notice how I lessened the effect of the word 'decent' by putting 'somewhat' in front of it.
I saw Cellador live a few times.... the first time I was impressed, because I hadn't ever listend to power metal. Now that I know my shit from my oatmeal, I can safely say that these guys are only acclaimed and known because they were in the right place at the right time.

Cellmate Ice Cream

Cocoa, sugar, creamer. We put it in a little bag--trash bag, you know. Mix it all up {...then put the bag inside a 5-gallon bucket}. Surround it with ice. Pour salt--a layer of salt and ice, salt and ice, and ah, {hang bucket from top bunk's frame and...} shake it back and forth for about an hour and a half then you have ice cream. Homemade ice cream."

This is ice cream. It's really good.
Cellmate ice cream tastes as good as Granny's hand-cranked but's lots cheaper and simpler too.

glass cellar

A theory put forth by whiny men afraid their position of societal dominance is at risk because some women might get into positions of power. The theory goes that men may be disproportionately represented in higher positions, but for that they're also disproportionately represented in dirty, dangerous work that women, supposedly, don't want to touch (like mining, construction, fire-fighting, soldiering, etc.).

The theory sounds plausible until you look at it for longer than about five seconds. It then falls apart because:

1. Women have been clamouring for dangerous positions like fire-fighting and soldiering for ages now and it is *men* who have been opposing this on a variety of ridiculous grounds.

2. The "glass cellar" only holds true if you selectively ignore traditionally-female occupations such as prostitution which are easily as destructive and dangerous to the practitioner as are traditionally-male occupations like mining and construction.

The "glass cellar" is, in short, a ridiculous piece of whining by a bunch of insecure man-children.
"I can't get out of the glass cellar because management keeps promoting those damned women who actually work and try to get things done."
