A word describing a video game that suffers from one or more of the following:

1) Poorly implemented net code
2) Slipshod emulation
3) Game breaking bugs

I am not totally sure, but it sounds like it probably is an alcholic drink of some kind that really ghetto people have while listening to rap music - same with isle iced tea - also in the song "weed man".
