The Arbiter

The Arbiter was a "Heretic" Elite blamed for the destruction of the first Halo discovred by the UNSC. An Arbiter is someone who is decides, and enforces and issue. The past Arbiter's of the Covenant have dealt with such situations such as those in campaign mode of Halo 2. (By the way, incase none of you pin-heads noticed, the Arbiter's voice is the same of 'Golaith' from Gargoyales.)

ARBUS

Acronym, Ass Raped By Uncle Sam

Originated over-seas by a small clique of disgruntled soldiers, after their tour of 14 months got involuntarily extended five months. It does not replace BOHICA, but is used in extreme ass raping conditions where a stronger noun is needed.

Dumb soldier: "What's up Matt?"
Veteran: "Still dealing with being ARBUS, after all these years bro"
Dumb Soldier: "The VA huh? They still aren't paying you more than 20 percent?"
Veteran: "Nope, I suppose that IED was never documented and neither was the fact they amputated my left arm."
Dumb Soldier: "At least they didn't re-call you!!!"

Arbitrary Inquisition

A very eloquent way to ask a bi-partisan question. A question that when answered will not benefit either party. Often asked by a "moderator" between two separate parties, acting as a mutual individual.

Moderator: "I hate to impose an arbitrary inquisition but you two are getting f*cking no where."
