Palo Alto poor

This is a term used in the SF Bay Area / Silicon Valley to convey that you’re probably making a solid living at $300+ k per year but are still considered “poor” (& lower-middle class) in this area.

My daughter works as a cardiologist at Stanford, but still calls herself “Palo Alto poor” because she can’t afford to buy a house in the area.

Red Alto

Someone that has a Red Vuse Alto Device, aka a Red Body, is very suspicious and you should stay away from this person. Normally this color device is given to them rather than chosen. Was it a choice or was it given to them by fate? Don't find out on your own

Person- "Can I hit that alto?"
Red Body- "Yeah here you go."
Person- "Ohhhhhhh you got a Red Alto. Never mind I’m good.”

Altoid Eye Burn

When you are eating an Altoid (curiously strong mint), and are wearing a facemask (usually), the mint fumes easily travel up to your eyeballs and burn burn, burn. Also known as AEB. Similar but not quite the same as in BBEB (Burt's Bees Eye Burn)

I was wearing my face mask and had an Altoid which immediately caused my Altoid Eye Burn (AEB). My eyes watered like they were on fire!

altoholic

When used in reference to MMORPG's (Massive Multi-Player Online Role Playing Games), such as World of Warcraft or Everquest, refers to a person who creates many different characters, rather than just one or two. May also be used to refer to a player who creates characters on many different servers of the same game, where the experiences they see will often be different from each other.

Use of the word is intended to be comical in nature, a play on the word "alcoholic" and will often garner laughter from others if used correctly.

Often only used online, and usually only on chat forums.

"I have over twenty characters spread out over five servers! I'm such an altoholic!"
