Someone who runs to the police when theres no protests going on over a guy she wanted to start an argument with for her own amusement, then says something like a police officer raped her when there are protests and riots, to play all sides and turn the police against everyone else, and everyone else against the police. People already have no good reason to trust the police when nobody is getting shot or locked up, and protests only invite police out to try and take control.
