This term derives from the original Tik-Tok trend where creators ask random people if they would prefer either a gay son a thot daughter. (A daughter who is promiscuous)

She is depressed or strives to be. Pathologically introspective, thinks she's very deep, smart and sensitive. Also has an unhealthy obsession with everything. The thought daughter likes journaling and sports her pair of black doc martens most days. She loves listening to lorde, mitski and lana del rey and her favorite movies are lady bird and frances ha.
