Bifásico: En Colombia se utiliza para definir la cantidad de tipos de carne que estas consumiendo, para el caso de bifásico, refiere a 2 (puede ser Res y Pollo). Si es trifásico, pues denota que estas consumiendo tres (Res, cerdo y pollo)
