Tetacarious.

Something that teeters precariously as if a slight bump

could topple it.

Some of the rock formations in Utah are perched in a tetacarious fashion as if they could topple at any time. The way they teeterd precariously on the edge seemed downright tetacarious.

A melanated person who is NOT a foundational black American that uses their melanin ("blackness") to undermine black Americans (FBA). Tethers typically use their "blackness" to act as a representative for black Americans (FBA) for the benefit of their (white) handlers while having disdain for black Americans. Tether can be used as an action noun or as a verb.

Barack Obama is the textbook definition of a tether who used his blackness to get the black vote while not doing anything specifically for black people (FBA)
