the card non blacks play to defend themselves from blacks insulting them back from insulting them first, or the card non blacks play if an african american gets revenge from a racist conflict/altercation provoked by a member of another group in order defend themselves and blame the african american, or to put themselves as the victims of blacks and at the same time practicing racism against blacks themselves to get and outrage
