When a person becomes "gay" or performs actions that are homosexual in nature, BUT ONLY AFTER having consumed (usually copious amounts of) substances/chemicals &/or pills - illegal, prescribed or over-the-counter.
Sometimes in payment for said substances.

He/she is frogid AF, unless you get them high - then they'll turn Chemgay & do ANYTHING with ANYONE!
