Doing a Sandra

The act of not turning up, or being late, to a lesson. Often followed up with such claims as "It was really icy" or "I was in York at the time." In order for one to perform a classic Sandra, one must not arrive at all to the lesson. For added results, one mustn't respond to emails from students asking about their whereabouts.
