Sometimes used in a sarcastic way to indicate someone who is not very beautiful at all.

I do not understand why I get hit on by gay men more often than straight women, since men are supposed to be the one driven by appearance... For those of you who are unaware, I am of an unconventional beauty.

beauty-ism

When someone uses another "-ism" word in a conversation and you want to say their beautiful, but wanting to keep the "-ism" intact, so you just say "beauty-ism" It is a form of flattery to an extreme while still sounding like you don't know what you are talking about.

Girl: "My dwarfism?"

Boy: "No, your beauty-ism :)"
