Its the name of the most iniquitous gang on the far Robloxian land. Its mostly used in a sentence to determine if the person you're talking to will cause you to have a bad time or not. If they are part of the gang they should be avoided because they will try to make a rise out of you and they'll share it with their friends.

Person A: Hey want to be friends?
Person B: Sure!
Person A: One thing though. Do you happen to be in the EVIL GNAG 😈😈😈?
Person B: Yeah why?
Person A: You're definitely a troll. We can't be friends bro.
