Coupetry (coo-pah-tree) is the ghetto take over of a government through aggressive and overbearing bull shit done under the black of the law. It involves a constant bombardment of throwing shit everywhere, hoping it sticks to your eyes long enough that you ignore how illegal the other stuff they're do is. Often done under an elected official by appointed members.

The act of seizing control of an organization or government under the guise of democratic participation, often by forming an insular ruling group that systematically silences opposition. This is typically achieved through procedural manipulation, social pressure, and bureaucratic dominance, effectively dismantling pluralism and forcing leadership to intervene or dissolve the organization altogether.
