Ceremite

Definition:
A person who claims religious belief but only appears at weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other major ceremonies — never in the ordinary life of the faith. A ceremony‑only believer.
Origin:
Coined by Douglas Gouk, “ceremite” blends ceremony with the suffix ‑ite (denoting a follower or member). It describes someone whose religious identity exists only during formal occasions, not in daily practice. A ceremite performs belief rather than lives it.

• “The church was full of ceremites at the wedding.”
• “She’s a Christmas ceremite — disappears the rest of the year.”

Cereal Killer

What a non- or little-English speaking person understands when an English speaker talks of a "Serial Killer".
Could also be someone who stomps on or crushes by hand....well, cereals!
Hates the sugar and sickening-sweet glazey stuff on them.

"Hey, why you no like cereals so mucha you wanna killah dem? A cereal killer, huh?"
When Sandy saw the percentage of corn syrup additive in her children's Lucky Goo Smacks, she almost lost her cookies, but then her rage made her empty the box on the floor, and she stomped the nuggets into a noxious powder!
