tuffy sticker

Another name for tattoo's. People who have tattoo's will generally have some pain whilst getting them done so are considered tuff and a tattoo can be described as a permanent sticker.

Mike got his first tuffy sticker today of a dragon. What a tough guy.

School that rejects top applicants because it realizes top applicants are unlikely to enroll. This is also known as "Tufts Syndrome."

I got rejected at Tufts, but I don't care because I am going to Harvard.

Person B: Yah. I got rejected everywhere else.
Person A: That sucks.
