New Rochelle, a large town near the Bronx, which is considered upstate to some??? The large population of Jewish residents in the North End make up the wealthy part of town, going south behind Iona college becomes the middle class, the italian/irish population grows and further south down by Glen Island and behind Main Street, the population has a lot of immigrants, it becoames very commercial. Basically the city is horrible, the city itself is very poor and has a high crime rate in certain areas.

Most of them usually hang out at the mall. HE!! YEAH!!! the mall is the best mall there is, there are 3 by Rochelle Park. The kids go there liek constantly so if u are a shop-a-holic you will fit in great. Now, the school system is very intense and they take learning seriously. The teachers do anyway. The kids think of school as a piece of crap but yeah. The kids are active and fun. BUT DO NOT GET ON
