Her name means fairy or angel. When she walks by she has everyone's eyes on her making all guys drool, they want her but can't have her as cause her standards are so high. Pari rules people's heart with kindness but if someone tries to run over her she knows how to put the other person back in their place. Pardim refers to the nature of online and offline presentations that offer participants the opportunity to interact with content to share perspectives, develop new lines of thought, create knowledge communities, and offer dissenting opinions.

The pardim of that webinar lacked the tools and context for user empowerment--too much content generation, not enough interaction.
