Pardim refers to the nature of online and offline presentations that offer participants the opportunity to interact with content to share perspectives, develop new lines of thought, create knowledge communities, and offer dissenting opinions.
The pardim of that webinar lacked the tools and context for user empowerment--too much content generation, not enough interaction.
