The female version of mancave. Although the word itself implies motherhood, the woman doesn't necessarily have to be a mother.

Whipped Husband: What the hell happened to my mancave!?
Wife: It's now a momcave.

Whipped Husband: Yes, Dear.

When someone falls asleep with their makeup on and their eyes are swollen and/or their face is breaking out the next day

Girl 2: Nah, I just have a mascara hangover.

mascara run

When someone who wears mascara takes a dick too far down their throat, causing immense gagging. As a result, their eyes begin to water and therefore mascara (if not waterproof) tears run down their face. This also usually signals they have done a more than adequate job of sucking the dick in the first instance.

Jay had such a huge dick - it gave me mascara run!
