Phrase: Used when one is too high to fully reply to a 'smoke off' challenge (see smoke off (n)). As their head remains on their shoulder, as they are too high to move, they will mumble 'moke off' so they are not called douche bags for turning down a smoke off.
Consider a typical stoner group of 7-8 people:
Stoner 1: "Pussies, I'm not even high! Smo smo smoke off!"
Said in tandem:
Stoner 2: "Smo smo smoke off"
Stoner 3: "Smo smo smoke off"
Stoner 4: "Smo smo smoke off"
Stoner 5: "Smo smo smoke off"
Stoner 6: "Smo smo smoke off"
Said after stoners 1-6 finish
Stoner 7: "Moke off"

Get the Ja-Mokemug. A person or group of people (Usually Hawaiian or Part-Hawaiian males) that exhibits the behaviors of such traits (Obnoxious, Aggressive, Ignorant, Disrespectful, Egotistical) in Electronic Music Events. Usually lacking respect and knowing of the scene and disrupting the people in it.
Moke Ravers, usually seen shirtless and talking in a 'Pidgin' accent. Main goals are to prey on Raver girls, steal and start fights with other mokes from other areas within a 2-Mile radius.
Mostly all Raver Mokes are intoxicated at such events and act accordingly to behaviors of the average Moke.

Get the Moke Ravermug. The process of taking a moke/mole from a bong, preferably packed 70% tobacco/30% weed, and having the urgent need to poop before the moke or after. The spins of the moke combined with the dump produce a sort of euphoric feeling.
