Kassadin

Cutting a burning swath through every mage and AP-caster, Kassadin is an anti-magic assassin in the game League of Legends who over the course of the game evolves from a nerf gun to a nuke on legs. His level 16 is amongst the most feared in the game, because it is essentially flash on a 1.2 second cooldown that does a shit ton of damage. Notable for boasting a 95% ban rate in Season 3.
