some one who is council housed (rent a house off the local council). the term councy has become a general insult for anyone who is poor. the plural is "councies" and the collective term is "mugging" i.e. a mugging of councies

Ad Council

The American Ad Council produces advertising materials across all media to promote values beneficial to the American public, or some such ridiculousness. Failed crusades include the war on drugs, the war on smoking, the war on teen pregnancy, and, more recently, the war on being fat. Ad Council commercials tend to be smarmy, overbearing, and idiotic.

Parents Television Council

Lazy parents that are unable to parent their children, due to severe brain damage. They feel that they shouldn't have to parent their children, and when they give their children access to anything they don't want their kids to see, they feel that it is not their own fault for enabling the child to see the questionable content, but the entertainment industry for "corrupting" their "innocent" children's minds. They are also very naive, thinking that because they don't want their kids to see it, nobody should be allowed to. They are typically too busy bathing in their own stupidity, or arguing about something else that "corrupts" their children at a PTA meeting, to actually monitor what their kids do, so they try to force others to do it for them, by stripping the rights of everyone else.

National Council of La Raza

A racist group that stole the name, and now lowers the reputation, of a legitimate civil rights group, La Raza. Consisting mainly of car loving graffitists, they hate and harass all non-mexicans.

They're fond of driving lowriders and spray painting phrases such as 'All Mighty (sic) Latin King' and 'For the Race Everything, For All Others, Nothing' on any vertical surface.

I used to have ordinary, polite Mexican neighbors, until National Council of La Raza gangsters moved in.

National Council of La Raza turned the shopping area into a crime scene recently.
