any goverment agency using letters to shorten the name of said agency i.e(FBI,CIA,DEA,ATF) origin comes from mostly drug dealers who use this phrase to tell their friends about something involving one of the law enforcement branches especialy if their house is bugged few officers of the law know what this means because this word is very rarely used around anyone outside of the criminal world

Alphabits is a cereal that is shaped like alphatbet letters and quite possibly the worst cereal ever created. Alphabits is like what would happen if you took a 60 year old cheerio and dunked it in the toilet and rubbed it in a fat man's underwear. Alphabits just looks like one of those rip-off cereal brands (which it pretty much is) that tastes like a gigantic turd. Just dont buy Alphabits... you will want your $4.00 back. Urban Phonetic Alphabet

The Urban Phonetic Alphabet was developed in the early 1970s by 12 high school seniors appointed by a secret society known as the "The Chieftain 12" its intent was to be intelligible (and pronounceable) to all Urban allies in the heat of sexual battle. It replaced other phonetic alphabets, for example the US military "able baker" alphabet.
