The independent leader of a private military detachment which uses civil dominion over the residents of a region, usually by military force.

Bosnia, Serbia, and several similar countries used to be ruled by warlord factions in the 1990s until NATO and expeditionary forces brought about factional demise.

A Warlock is someone who made a deal with a being of great power, hereby referred to as a patron, for magic. They are considered mages.
Warlocks have powers based on who the patron is. (fire patron=fire powers)

Males and female can call themselves a warlock.

Wardores-a safe word to abruptly end a conversation or physical encounter when someone has over stepped the bounds of personal space.

Joanie was in an intense personal conversation regarding her past relationships when John asked a question that cut to close to the heart. Joanie evoked the wardores clause which immediately eliminated any answer and further questions regarding this subject.
