In all fairness this term was coined from the adult swim TV show "The Oblongs" (at least this is where I first heard the word used).

It is used to describe an eskimo or somebody from alaska possibly in a derogatory way.

Guy 1: Hey guy 2 how's it going
Guy 2: Terrible. A bunch of fucking whale-stabbers moved in next door.
Guy 1: Well it beat having a bunch of spear chuckers for neighbors.

Pejorative term for someone who leases a rent-stabilized unit in a building which has converted to cooperative or condominium ownership and who expresses satisfaction about the financial losses incurred by those who purchased the other units. Usually "bitter rent stabber."

There are many expressions of schadenfreude by bitter rent-stabbers in the comment sections of the real estate blogs following the mortgage meltdown.

cloomb and shibber

Shibbering is violently shaking, shivering. Cloombing is grabbing everything and hauling yourself up onto the top bunk because you left food in the cabin at 4-H fall camp and not sure if there's a raccoon under your bed eating that mcdonalds you and your friend got
