Samazing

An adjective used to describe a person named Sam who is an all around awesome person and great to be around. He/she makes everyone else around totally jealous, but its ok because they have so much more fun when Sam's there. Generally the life of any party and usually very attractive.

Tim: Dude! Have you met that new girl Sam? She's freakin awesome!

Jack: Yeah, man, she's pretty samazing.

Jessica: Who does that Sam girl think she is? She's always smiling and having so much fun! I can't stand her!
Amanda: Don't hate because she's so much cooler than you. You're just jealous because you'll never be samazing like her.

Glam Shaming

Glam shaming takes place when one person shames another for grooming, primping or spending extra time (most often in inappropriate places) adjusting or fixing their appearance.

Damn, Tiffani! Will you please stop brushing your hair and applying lip gloss during grandpa's memorial service!

Tiffani: Shut up! Stop glam shaming me!

Victim Shaming

When the victim of an event is blamed, or partially blamed, for their own attack. Mainly used in context with rape, domestic abuse, sexual harassment and sexual assault, but can be applied to other situations. It wrongly shifts blame from the guilty party onto the victim, and therefore doesn't (or makes it more difficult to) punish the one truly at fault. The term was popularized by the SlutWalk movement, which started after a Canadian police officer advised female students to "avoid dressing like sluts" in order to avoid being victimized.

Person#1: "I know being raped is bad and all, but she was flirting with him the whole night, and wearing that low-cut shirt. What'd she expect?"

Person#2: "Dude, sex has NOTHING to do with rape. It's all about power. And even if it did, flirting and wearing a low-cut top doesn't mean she was asking to be attacked like that. So, why don't you quit the victim shaming and admit what that guy did was wrong."

Google Shaming

Openly mocking ignorance which could easily be remedied by a simple Google search. Typically passive aggressive and deadpan, Google shaming is often missed by the recipient.

John: Where can I find a free PDF converter?

Jane: Uhm... OK. Have you tried... like... Google?

The male equivalent of slut shaming.
