I don't believe most people laugh at videos or funny texts, they send back an "lol" without actually being amused, just emused.

Easel

Noun: A person who fits the acronym E.A.S.L (Easy And Sloppy Lay)

An easel can often be seen at bars or clubs a little bit past tipsy, out of shape, and have no business wearing that skin-tight midriff shirt. An easel is a sure thing when you need to get laid and don't care by who.

A legal term for a part of a property that can be used by another property owner for limited purposes.

a public utility easement would allow an authorized person to access a property without permission in order to maintain utilities (such as a gas line or cable line) within that easement.
