Crouton

Crouton - noun - used to designate a person who likes to get his dick (aka crouton) wet and delicious through acts of felatio or handjobs.

So, if one wants to get his "crouton" wet, he will let it sop up bodily fluids of others much like the crouton in french onion soup sucks up the beef broth. MmMm.
