a moderator or admin, or community on the internet who uses (permanent) bans as a first and only line of punishment, banmongers are THE kryptonite to community growth and evolution due to banning most of their users off rather than giving them chances to correct and improve their behavior, often leading to borderline or complete exhaustion of users left to ban

banmongers are most commonly found on nsfw discord servers, however many anarchist and totalitarian servers and communities like a good few steam discussions for instance can be just as guilty of banmongering

Faggiest of the superheroes.

*Criminals commits a crime
*Somebody then reports the said crime to the Gotham PD
*The commissioner of the PD then for some weird reason orders his subordinate to shine the bat light in the clouds
*Either Bruce or Alfred then look at the light with concern for a few moments. (Meanwhile , the criminals have committed some more heinous crimes)
*Then Bruce uses some secret code/button/lever to access the batcave (which incidentally is filled with bat guano)
*He then proceeds to remove his robes and fit his body into a rubber/leather gimp suit. (The criminals have looted a few banks by now)
*While Alfred is prepping his fagmobile, Bruce is prepping Robin's rectum. His boy toy wonder
* Then the top-bottom pair gets into the car and remember they have to maneuver this beast of a car through the streets of a very urban setting of Gotham.
*After they reach the first crime scene, Bruce declares "I'm BATMAN!!"
