Boogie-Bombed

When one or a few people are stripped down to their underwear and drenched in water in a large crowd. Then the surrounding crowd throws glitter and bath bombs at the people in the middle, while others proceed to cover their hands in multi colored paint and slap and grope the person(s) in the middle of the crowd.

bouget

A small leather pouch used in medieval times to store coins, rations, small tools and all manner of haberdash, and the precursor to the modern wallet. Additionally, (formerly) in a military or (extantly) in a heraldry setting, a "water-bouget" refers to 2 bags of water suspended on a yoke used to transport water through a battle field.
