Noun. (1) A person that bumps into people constantly (3 or more) while in a crowded hallway. (2) Someone who steps on your shoes and messes them up, whether its denting them or just dirtying them up.

2: Somebody who plays any song that has also been played on the Disney Channel an a guitar.
3: Somebody who has sexual intercourse with a guitar.
4: A collision between motor vehicles that produces minor damage.

Fender stands for a very common brand of guitars.
Rape is Rape. Or REAP for the people who are more linguistique.

Fender Lizard

Definition #2 A "Fender Lizard" is one who can be found crawling under fenders admiring the suspension of that particular vehicle. Very popular in the Off Road Community especially as the vehicles line up for inspection or at the start line.

A dude with a flatbill hat and black socks with his head stuck between a tire and fender of a Trophy Truck may be refered to as a "Fender Lizard". He may even take a picture on his cell phone of the impressive suspension to send his fellow flatbillers back home...
