A person who is unable to focus on surrounding stimuli as they are constantly transfixed by a screen, usually a phone.

That guy is such a screeny, he hasn't looked up from his phone for at least an hour.

Description of physical state that occurs after viewing digital media for significant amounts of time. Characterized by (but not limited to), headache, sore eyes, dry eyes, dry mouth, stiff muscles, depression, feelings of loneliness, disorientation, light-headedness or irritiability.
