Morgra

The act of motorboating the vagina of a dog, often of which has been restrained by materials such as rope or tape, until it becomes unpleasant to the receiver, eliciting a growl. May simply refer to mouth-to-vaginal-opening stimulation to a dog. Onomatopoeia-qualities: Mor-gra, simulating a growl.

A derogatory term used to describe rush hour traffic in and around the Salt Lake City area.

Utah's highways are shitty and inadequate. Also, Utah drivers are traditionally dumb-ass, inconsiderate assholes. Everyone (EVERYONE) drives well above the posted limit of 65mph.
