Amongst stans, a "Set up account" is a fake account on the internet that pretends to like an artist they actually hate and says awful things, so the awful things are automatically associated with the artist they dislike

External bank internal accounting fraud

When a bank client requests financial support and the external bank refuses to credit the client dashboard, or the client requests an authorised credit note to be posted to the external live bank dashboard and the bank doesn't do it or when a bank client sends a proof of payment from a fintech bank to an external bank and they don't credit the external bank dashboard it is suspected external bank internal accounting fraud.

I'm tempted to report the external banks to the police at the police station regarding external bank internal accounting fraud but I don't like talking on the phone or going to the police station to try open a case as it pulls in a whole bunch of new people I don't want to deal with.
