The unexpected gush of period blood that comes out and ruins your whole underwear. The devastation is so large scale, it is equivalent to shitting your own pants. Such event is known to occur when people assume their period has ended, only to be greeted with a uterus bomb.

Girl 1: “I think my period is over, I don’t need a pad...”

Girl 2: “Are you ok? You look horrified.”

Girl 2: “Oh shit!”
