Something that causes you excitement in a sexual way. Turn off can be the opposite, or something that makes you not want someone sexually.

It was a total turn on/off to watch him take off his shirt in the hot sun while he was installing some gutter guards.

He has bad breath. That's an instant turn off.

turn-coat 

Traitor, Coward, Snitch
Someone who appears to take your side in an argument, then supports the opposing side. Could also be considered a "Traitor", because he may give privileged inside information learned due to his preceived allegiance to the opposing side. (Word comes from changing the appears of your uniform or turning your coat inside out to appear to be on a different side.)

That "turn-coat" told them our strategy to win in court.
Be sure to not let the "turn-coat" overhear our plan of attack.

Turn Vault 

A Parkour movement in which the traceur plants his hands on a rail or obstacle and leaps over it, turning his body 180 degrees to end up in a reversed hanging position.

This move can be used to slow down before attempting a large drop or cat leap.
