A cigarette butt that's still got some of the white bit on it.
usually less than an inch left.

commonly smoked by teenagers who aren't ballsy enough to steal a whole smoke.
but it's good though, good enough nicotine since they're usually smaller.

When an amputee with either no arm or no legs places ones penis in between their stubs and rubs it. Think of rubbing two sticks between your hands to make a fire.

Joe: "Did you hear about Linda losing her arms in that car crash?"
Jack: "That sucks, but atleast she can give a Stubby now."
