a girl that distorts reality and has no conscious and lives her life only to screw people over. A typical schizobitch must always be right, lives in her own universe, does not shower, abuses her friends and makes a general mockery of morality and ethics. In addition, persons that are deemed schizobitch often cry over nothing, attract attention to themselves for self-gratification, pathoogically lie and stab others in the back as well as twisting a dagger in their hearts.
