generally refers to the type of food you would find at a pub, bar, or any place of the like. In America it tends to be sandwiches, burgers, salads, appetizers, and sometimes entrees.

"Let's eat here at Joe's Bar and Grill, it's pub fare."

Pub Lag

Similar to "Jet Lag" where hours are displaced and adaptation is required to deal with diametrically different time zones.

"Pub Lag" results from a total immersion in various ales and lagers and requires a similar mental and physical adaptation to the lapse of both real time and the enjoyment of the experience.

Oh my god, after that bar crawl I am suffering from some serious Pub Lag. I'm still laughing about Ted wearing that shooting sleeve to play beer pong, and I just woke up for breakfast and it's 8 pm!

Pub Crawl 

An activity where at least 5 people are involved in drinking at a series of pubs, usually at least 4.

London's Ultimate Pub Crawl is the best known of said crawls.

Other examples are the Circle Line Pub Crawl and the Monopoly Board Pub Crawl.

Pub Star Scrub 

a person that plays COD: MW3 and thinks they are good, but in reality only plays public matches and does horrible in gamebattles, which is competitive gaming. These people usually quit after three of four games of GB and refuse to play again citing bad reasons and acting as if they don't really care. Pub Star Scrubs have little talent and no skill.

pub allstar 

Definition: noun; Derogatory phrase used to describe an online gamer who maintains above-averge scores in public play, but only average or sub-average scores in organized, competitive play.

Background: As with any isolated subculture, the online gaming community (espically those of half-life related mods) has developed its own uniqie and esoteric vernacular, likely to leave outsiders(see: noob)baffled. The term itself, comprised of the juxtaposition of two separate instances of online gaming terminology, will only be found in the upper echelons of the competitive online gaming communtiy.

The word "Pub," not to be confused with a residence wherein alcoholic beverages are sold, is an abbreviation of the word "Public." This is a direct reference to Public gaming servers, i.e. gaming servers that are open for any member of the public to join and leave freely. One can now see how the term "pub" found its way into "pub allstar", as it is only in Public servers that the pub allstar excelles, not in real matches.

Pub "U Gašpara" 

Pub "U Gašpara" is favourite after-skool activity of students of GJAR (Gymnázium Jána Adama Raymana)in Prešov, Slovakia. Many hungry students for long long years go for a lunch to old Gašpar`s grandmother even Dr. Liba (grandpa)is mad about it.
You can eat, drink, watch movies or read books, smoke water pipes and ciggarets and everything free!
The house of Gašpar family will be a legendary place for the whole future.
