Including, but not limited to, the areas of Florissant, Hazelwood, Blackjack, Spanish Lake, St. Ann, Overland, Berkley, Woodson Terrace, Bridgeton, and Unincorporated St. Louis County. Home of the Monster Truck "Bigfoot," St. Louis International Airport, University of Missouri St. Louis, BubbleHead Road, and Nelly's mom from what I hear.
Known for being kind of a rough area in parts, the stories are mainly hearsay, although they did find a body on Old Jamestown Road a couple months ago.

I'd rather live in NoCo with the thugs than in St. Charles with the White Trash.

Neoconservative. Originally used to describe left-wingers who crossed the floor, neocons are on the authoritarian right, rather than the traditionally conservative libertarian right. They tend to be very pro-war and adopt the mentality of "We're better than you and we know it."

Some more vulgar people call them Neocunts.
