The failure to properly describe an act of failure. Meta-failure cannot be 'failure to fail', because this implies that the act in question is a success. Likewise, attempts to define 'meta fail' as a level of failure above 'epic fail' make a category mistake: both 'failure' and 'meta failure' are nouns to which the adjective 'epic' could be applied.

Hayley is so lazy that she would forgo drinking iced water so she does not have to get ice from the freezer. Because of drinking water without ice, she does not have to clean up the condensation rings that an iced drink would leave. Hayley’s meta lazy.

HTML commands that are placed in the head section of an HTML document. The meta tags that can affect search engine rankings are Meta Description and Meta Keywords to a lesser extent as Inktomi is currently the only search results provider that acknowledges using the keywords tag or meta data.
The Meta Tags are useful.
